TIAC project of Sanandaj CCPP inaugurated officially

The EPC project of Turbine Inlet Air Cooling system (TIAC) of four GT units of Sanandaj combined cycle power plant was successfully put into operation in the presence of Engineer Arash Lahouni, Governor of Kurdistan province.

The TIAC system increased the power plant’s electricity production by 70 MW during hot summer days in Kurdistan region.

The project was implemented under a six-month contract by MAPNA Sanandaj Power Generation Company as the owner, with MAPNA Service Company as the Main contractor, and Rahavard Energy Company as the EPC contractor.
